Curb Forming Machine | Rogers AR

What does a Curb Shaper cost?

The price of the unit is $3100.00 plus freight and sales tax where applicable.

Where can I get one?

Presently we are only marketing direct through Curb Shapers in Rogers, Arkansas, however we are hoping to distribute through rental stores and concrete supply companies and are looking for distributors.

Through rental stores, this tool makes an excellent rental and should rent for about $300 a week, which should be ample time to pour a couple thousand of linear feet which is about what is on most restaurants, motels, convenience stores, etc.

Why should I spend $3100 for this tool over the way we pour concrete now?

Curb Shaper has several advantages over traditional methods:

  • That most any laborer can pull it
  • That you are freeing up your best hand to do more important things, like setting string line ahead or back ensuring the quality of your finish and broom job.

I simply ask, what is it worth to the owner to know he can send a crew out and know that the curb they poured has a consistent and quality shape day after day, time after time.

Are other cutting heads available for different styles of curb?

We are presently working on three more molds. One is a twelve inch high curb with a 2.5″ batter for truck stops. Another is a 5″ high by 12″ wide lay down or roll over curb. The third one which we are really excited about is a 6″ flat at the top with a half inch radius with a one inch batter and half inch radius at the bottom. This is a pretty common curb in a lot of parts of the country and the only way to hand pour this curb is to set a face form which works on straightaways, but radius work is difficult to maintain that consistent one inch batter. That is the exciting part. With Curb Shaper you can pour and finish this curb for about the same labor as it takes to set and strip the face form resulting in real cost savings.
